Come One. Come All! DCLT invites you to come celebrate with community partners, donors, advocates and residents for this exciting outdoor performance and concert to benefit Permanent Affordable Housing in Durham. For over 30 years, DCLT has utilized the community land trust model as a strategy for fostering long term affordability in Durham and as a barrier to gentrification. By raising money for our annual celebration from the Durham community, DCLT will be able to build and mange MORE permanently affordable homes, both for rental and homeownership.
